Lisa Ullrich has been interested in psychology since childhood, when her parents instituted the "token system" for Lisa and her brother, David.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Macalester College.  She returned to graduate school after being a stay-at-home mother for her now teenaged son, Carson.  She was active in Carson's elementary schooling, participating in his classrooms, working in the school library, and was on the board of the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).  Lisa earned her Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
